Draft for pre-launch review. Desert Tree Connect may collect information you voluntarily submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service requested and job details. We use this information to respond to your request and, with the consent presented on the request form, share it with independent service providers that may be able to assist you.
We intend to collect only information reasonably needed to operate the referral service. Before public launch, this notice will be updated to identify the production form processor, analytics tools, retention practices, contact method and any other vendors actually used.
Do not submit sensitive personal information through the estimate form.
